HCG Approved Recipe!

BOUILLABAISSE

100 grams shrimp or fish

 

1 large tomato

2 medium cloves garlic

¼ tsp curry

¼ cup cilantro

dashes salt

dashes pepper

water

Braggs or soy (optional)

parsley (optional)

21 Seasoning Salute

 

Add tomato and garlic to a blender and blend on high.  Put this mixture into a saucepan.  Add 2 cups water and the spices and bring to a boil stirring continually for 5 minutes.  Lower heat to medium and simmer half-covered for 20 – 30 minutes.  Add shrimp or fish 7 minutes before end of simmer.  Garnish with cilantro or parsley.
